BRANDS I’VE DESIGNED FOR

My experience spans SaaS, B2B, and B2C platforms, where I’ve worked on end-to-end experiences from onboarding and user flows to scalable design systems and high-fidelity interfaces. I’m especially drawn to ambiguous problem spaces, where I can help define structure, align teams, and translate operational complexity into clear, intuitive products.

I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams to design platforms and tools that support both internal users and customers, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and usability to create cohesive, efficient experiences.

  • Every project starts by understanding the purpose behind the work. I collaborate with teams to clarify goals, user needs, and the broader impact the product should have. This helps ensure we’re solving meaningful problems in ways that support both the organization and the people it serves.

  • I explore the product landscape by reviewing existing experiences, gathering insights, and learning how users currently interact with the system. This is also where I use AI to help pull together best practices of using the feedback I’ve received. This stage helps identify opportunities to simplify complexity and create solutions that are both accessible and effective.

  • With a clear understanding of the problem space, I map out user journeys and organize information in ways that feel intuitive. Structuring the experience early allows teams to align on how people move through the product before visual design begins.

  • At this stage, I translate ideas into wireframes and interaction models that define how the product works. The focus is on usability, clarity, and ensuring that interactions support the user’s goals while reducing friction.

  • Once the structure is established, I develop visual systems and high-fidelity designs that bring the experience to life. Interactive prototypes help teams visualize how the product will behave and provide an opportunity to refine details before development.

  • I touch base with our accessibility team to ensure we are checking off all key requirements include text alternatives for non-text content, keyboard accessibility, sufficient color contrast, logical reading order, and proper labeling for forms.

  • Design improves through feedback and collaboration. I work with stakeholders, users, and teammates to gather insights and refine the experience, ensuring the product continues to evolve in thoughtful and effective ways. User Testing can be handled in surveys, tree testing, and meetings to make sure the experience fits their needs.

  • Design is most successful when it’s built in partnership with engineering and content. I work closely with developers and content engineers to translate design decisions into buildable solutions, supporting implementation while maintaining the integrity of the user experience.

  • Once the product is ready, I support the launch alongside engineering and product teams. From there, we continue learning from real user behavior and feedback, refining the experience so it can grow and improve over time.
